How do I get my ebooks?
After making a purchase, you will receive an email from Bookfunnel providing you with a download link(s) to your titles.
How does bookfunnel work?
After clicking on the Bookfunnel link, you have the opportunity to download your title. Just click "GET MY BOOK"
Where can i read my ebooks?
Bookfunnel offers you the ability to choose from your favorite eReader devices and provides you with the necessary format for downloading.
My preferred reader is Kindle
Bookfunnel gives you the option to Send to Kindle. Just follow the onscreen instructions.
My preferred reader is Apple Books
Bookfunnel gives you the option to read in Apple Books on Mac or read in Apple Books on Mobile. Just click your preference and follow the onscreen instructions.
My preferred reader is Nook
Bookfunnel gives you the option to read in in the NOOK App on Mobile or Read on your NOOK eReader. Just follow the onscreen instructions.

Bookfunnel gives you the option to read in the Kobo App on Mobile or Download with Kobo Browser.

Just like eBooks, Bookfunnel will send you a download link to listen to your audiobook.
How do I get my audiobook?
Just like with eBooks, Bookfunnel will send you a download link to listen to your audiobook.
Click "GET MY BOOK" to listen or download the audiobook.
Can I download my audiobook?
Bookfunnel offers you the ability to choose from your favorite audio devices and provides you with the necessary format for downloading.
You have the option of listening in the BookFunnel App, listen in your browser, or download MP3s load the audio to your favorite device.

I didn't receive a download email

It's been more than 14 days, I need a new download link.
Just send us your request at willow@authorwillowfox.com
Make sure you give us your order number. If you don't have it, please use the same email address or provide us with the name on your order. And if you gave us a silly name (yes, we've seen it all), we don't care, we just need to match up your order with Bookfunnel to resend the email.
Can I read your books for free?
Your local library can provide you with the eBook, audiobook, or paperback versions of any titles by me.
If they're not in-stock at your library, you can request them!
I don't have access to the email account where I ordered my books.
That's okay. We're here to help. You can send us an email at willow@authorwillowfox.com
I can update the email account in our system and within Bookfunnel. Then, I can reissue you the original download links to your updated email address.
Help! I ordered the wrong language version.
No worries. We can get that fixed up right away. Please let us know your preferred language version. We can do an exchange and get that fixed up. Just email us at willow@authorwillowfox.com
Are your books on Kindle?
My eBooks are available on Kindle, Nook, Kobo (and Kobo+), Google Books, and many other vendors.
You will not find my titles enrolled into Kindle Unlimited, because Amazon requires exclusivity, which means I can't offer it anywhere else.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided on any product.
We want you to be happy with the quality of your purchase! If you
receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
with photos. We'll work with our vendor to resolve the issue, typically
by sending a replacement.

How long does shipping take on an unsigned book?
Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
How long does shipping take on a signed paperback?
For signed print books, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If a product is in stock, it will ship sooner.
Can I make changes to my paperback order?
To ensure fast production, all orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled, edited, or changed in any way.
I ordered a signed bookplate paperback, but my order didn't include a signed bookplate.
That's correct. Signed bookplates ship directly from the author. This is to save you money - that's why our signed paperbacks cost more (because we have to pay shipping to us).

Where do you ship paperbacks from?
Where we ship:
Shipments to USA will ship from the USA.
Shipments to Australia will ship from Australia.
Shipments to the UK will ship from the UK.
Shipments anywhere else in the world, will ship from UK.
Examples:
Example 1: If you live in the Netherlands, yes, you will be required to pay import duties and/or VAT on orders that originate in the UK.
Example 2: If you live in Canada, your order will arrive from the UK. Due to the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (CUKTCA), there are no tariff or import duties.
Example 3: If you live in Ohio, your order ships from the USA and sales tax is required but will be included when you complete your purchase. Just like when you buy something from Amazon, Costco, or any other vendor, you will pay sales tax. There will be no additional tariffs on your order.
Duties & Tariffs am I required to pay them on physical goods orders (paperbacks, special edition books, etc)?
It depends where you live and the Tariff requirements for your region and the region from where the items are shipped from.
Paperback Orders (Signed Bookplates):
Shipments to USA will ship from the USA.
Shipments to Australia will ship from Australia.
Shipments to the UK will ship from the UK.
Shipments anywhere else in the world, will ship from UK. Please verify before purchasing if you are concerned about additional tariffs or duties.
Please note, all signed paperbacks ship from the USA. This is where the author resides.
