Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to the recurring subscription for exclusive membership content ("Subscription") offered on shopwillowfox.com (the "Site"), operated by ShopWillowFox and Slow Burn Publishing LLC.. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription & Billing

The Subscription is offered on a monthly or yearly billing cycle, as selected by you at sign-up. There is no free trial — your card is charged at the time of purchase and automatically renews at the then-current price for the same billing cycle until you cancel.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, for any reason, directly from your account:

  1. Log in to your account on shopwillowfox.com.
  2. Go to My Account > Memberships
  3. Select the active Subscription and choose Manage and then Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation has been processed. If you're unable to access your account or the self-service option isn't working, contact us at willow@authorwillowfox.com and we'll process the cancellation on your behalf.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access to the exclusive content for the remainder of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that period ends. Your access will not be cut off immediately upon cancellation.

4. Refunds

All Subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Canceling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a renewal payment fails (e.g., expired or declined card), we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to the exclusive content until payment succeeds or you cancel. We'll email you if a payment fails so you can update your billing details.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
